Lubricaci\u00f3n (\u00a1La tarea m\u00e1s cr\u00edtica!)<\/h4>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>Cada eje del robot tiene graseras espec\u00edficas. Usar \u00daNICAMENTE la grasa recomendada por FANUC.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <h5>Ejes de Brazo (J1, J2, J3&#8230;):<\/h5>\n                    <h5>Intervalo:<\/h5>\n                    <p>T\u00edpicamente cada 3,840 horas de operaci\u00f3n o anualmente (lo que ocurra primero). Para aplicaciones de alta velocidad o carga pesada, el intervalo puede ser menor.<\/p>\n                    <h5>Procedimiento:<\/h5>\n                    <p>Limpiar la v\u00e1lvula de grasa, purgar la grasa vieja (hasta que salga grasa nueva y limpia) y re-lubricar con la cantidad exacta especificada en el manual. Sobrelubricar puede ser tan da\u00f1ino como no lubricar.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <h5>Unidad Reductora de la Mu\u00f1eca (Ejes J4, J5, J6):<\/h5>\n                    <p>* Estos ejes suelen requerir un procedimiento de lubricaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s preciso, a veces implicando el desmontaje parcial para un llenado correcto. Sigue el manual al pie de la letra.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <h5>B. Apriete de Torniller\u00eda<\/h5>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>* **Qu\u00e9 revisar:** Tornillos de sujeci\u00f3n de la base del robot (J1), tornillos de la herramienta (efector final) y pernos de sujeci\u00f3n de motores.<\/p>\n                    <p>* **Intervalo:** Generalmente cada **1 a\u00f1o** o **3,840 horas**. Usa una llave dinamom\u00e9trica calibrada y los valores de par especificados en el manual.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <h5>C. Limpieza y Cuidado del Sistema<\/h5>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <h5>Ventiladores y Filtros del Controlador (Cabina):<\/h5>\n                    <p>Intervalo: Cada 1,000 &#8211; 2,000 horas o seg\u00fan indique la alarma de obstrucci\u00f3n del filtro.<\/p>\n                    <p>Procedimiento: Limpiar o reemplazar el filtro de aire. Aspirar el polvo acumulado en los ventiladores y disipadores de calor de las tarjetas (con cuidado). Un controlador sobrecalentado es una causa com\u00fan de fallos.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <h5>Bater\u00edas de Respaldo (Backup):<\/h5>\n                    <h4>Funci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n                    <p>Preservan la posici\u00f3n absoluta del robot (datos de codificadores) cuando el controlador est\u00e1 apagado.<\/p>\n                    <h5>Intervalo de Reemplazo:<\/h5>\n                    <p>Cada 1-2 a\u00f1os, de forma preventiva.<\/p>\n                    <h5>Se\u00f1al de Alerta:<\/h5>\n                    <p>Si al encender el robot aparece la alarma \u00abSRVO-062 BZAL\u00bb, significa que las bater\u00edas se agotaron y SE PERDI\u00d3 LA POSICI\u00d3N ABSOLUTA.
