<!---->\n                  <!---->\n                  <div class=\"\">\n                    <p>El servomotor industrial es un accionador f\u00edsico el\u00e9ctrico que sirve para controlar con precisi\u00f3n la posici\u00f3n y la velocidad del eje de movimiento, con ventajas de alto torque de momento de fuerza, que permite control de procesos muy\n                      fino y con ventajas como cambio de ciclos de posicionamiento por programaci\u00f3n de\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/plcs-siemens-s7-1200-xinje-mitsubishi\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">PLCs<\/a> o sistemas de posicionamiento dedicado, los servomotores el\u00e9ctricos&nbsp;son DC o AC, los servo motores de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n son AC a 220 VAC o 380VAC,.<\/p>\n                    <p>Los servomotores tienen integrado al eje un encoder digital que puede ser Absoluto o Incremental, que sirve de retro alimentaci\u00f3n para el lazo PID de control del servo driver.<\/p>\n                    <p>Los <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong> se utilizan en muchas aplicaciones industriales donde se requiere alta precisi\u00f3n de posicionamiento, altas velocidades de respuesta, control del torque, torque nominal a cero revoluciones\n                      por minuto, gracias a estas propiedades se puede mejorar el desempe\u00f1o de las m\u00e1quinas y procesos y aumentar la productividad.<\/p>\n                    <p>Los <strong><em>servomotores son ahorradores de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/em><\/strong> comparado con los motores de pasos o los motores AC de tres fases (jaula de ardilla), ya que solo consumen energ\u00eda cuando lo requiere el sistema. Los <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong>                      cuentan con un sistema de retroalimentaci\u00f3n que es el encoder digital, que mide la posici\u00f3n del eje del motor todo el tiempo, por lo que el servo driver hace un control de posici\u00f3n y velocidad, a trav\u00e9s de lasos <strong>PID<\/strong>;\n                      los servomotores logran tiempos de respuesta muy cortos por lo que son ideales para procesos o m\u00e1quinas donde las aceleraciones y desaceleraciones son muy grandes, normalmente los servomotores logran un control con hasta 300% del\n                      torque nominal instant\u00e1neo, estas caracter\u00edsticas permiten reemplazar los sistemas mec\u00e1nicos de freno y embrague como por ejemplo en m\u00e1quinas\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/como-mejorar-la-produccion-en-maquinas-selladoras-de-fundas-plasticas-usando-servomotores-ac\">selladoras de fundas pl\u00e1sticas<\/a>, dosificadoras de polvos,\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/maquinas-cnc-fresadoras-tornos-gsk-sinumerik\">m\u00e1quinas CNC<\/a>, brazos robot Delta,\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/re-potenciacion-de-una-guillotina-polar-usando-servomotores-ac\">guillotinas cortadoras de papel<\/a>, impresoras de papel, etiquetadoras, empacadoras,\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/brazos-robot-industriales-gsk-kuka-fanuc-motoman\">brazos robot industriales<\/a>.<\/p>\n                    <p>Los <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong> no tienen elementos de desgaste como sucede con los motores de corriente cont\u00ednua o motores con escobillas, por lo que tienen una larga vida \u00fatil, ademas son construidos con rodamientos de\n                      larga duraci\u00f3n, que son libres de mantenimiento,&nbsp;siempre que la instalaci\u00f3n sea realizada bajo las condiciones de temperatura, vibraci\u00f3n, ubicaci\u00f3n, etc. que recomienda el fabricante.<\/p>\n                    <p>El dise\u00f1o del rotor de los <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong> est\u00e1 constituido por im\u00e1nes permanentes de alto&nbsp;campo magn\u00e9tico, del que se obtiene gran torque de arranque y parada para aplicaciones robustas, ademas los servomotores\n                      tienen carcasas de aluminio para disipar el calor interno generado, dependiendo de las condiciones ambientales se requiere ventilaci\u00f3n forzada para evitar calentamiento excesivo de los <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n                    <p>Los encoder absolutos que tienen algunos modelos de <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong> sirven para aplicaciones donde se requiere saber en todo momento la posici\u00f3n absoluta del <strong><em>servomotor<\/em><\/strong> como por ejemplo\n                      en\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/maquinas-cnc-fresadoras-tornos-gsk-sinumerik\">m\u00e1quinas CNC<\/a> de altas prestaciones y varios ejes de control, para evitar la b\u00fasqueda de la posici\u00f3n cero (Home position) cada vez que se vaya la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica o exista una condici\u00f3n de falla. Tambi\u00e9n en aplicaciones industriales\n                      donde es muy importante mantener siempre una posici\u00f3n absoluta como por ejemplo en los\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/brazos-robot-industriales-gsk-kuka-fanuc-motoman\">brazos robot industriales<\/a>, cortadoras, etc.<\/p>\n                    <p>Los <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong> pueden ser controlados por Motion Controllers o controladores de movimiento,\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/plcs-siemens-s7-1200-xinje-mitsubishi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PLCs<\/a>, con salidas r\u00e1pidas y m\u00f3dulos de posicionamiento o controladores num\u00e9ricos como el caso de los\n                      <a href=\"https:\/\/techdesign.com.ec\/techw\/maquinas-cnc-fresadoras-tornos-gsk-sinumerik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tornos o fresadoras cnc<\/a>, los mismos que a traves de se\u00f1ales digitales mandan la posici\u00f3n al servo driver y gracias a estas se\u00f1ales el driver posiciona a los servomotores, existen dos tipos de se\u00f1ales de control digitales o anal\u00f3gicas,\n                      las primeras por frecuencia de pulsos y direcci\u00f3n y la segunda por voltaje.<\/p>\n                    <p>Se deben dimensionar los <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong> por el torque nominal, la velocidad m\u00e1xima, y la potencia, seg\u00fan la aplicaci\u00f3n se debe tomar en cuenta estos par\u00e1metros, ya que no podemos sobrepasar el torque nominal\n                      en trabajo estable, por lo que se agregan mecanismos para aumentar el torque, por ejemplo poleas sincr\u00f3nicas, cajas reductoras, engranajes, etc. Hay que tomar en cuenta que al tener una relaci\u00f3n de transmisi\u00f3n de aumento de torque,\n                      tambi\u00e9n se tiene una relaci\u00f3n de transmisi\u00f3n de reducci\u00f3n de velocidad, por ejemplo en m\u00e1quinas selladoras de fundas se debe tener en cuenta esto para la precisi\u00f3n del corte de las fundas.<\/p>\n                    <p>Algunos modelos de&nbsp;<strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong> disponen de frenos mec\u00e1nicos para evitar o bloquear el movimiento en m\u00e1quinas o procesos donde se requiere que frene de inmediato al quitar la energ\u00eda, esto se aplica para\n                      ascensores, el eje Z de los centros de mecanizado, cuchillas de corte de m\u00e1quinas convertidoras de papel higi\u00e9nico, y aplicaciones donde es cr\u00edtico el frenado.<\/p>\n                    <p>Los nuevos dise\u00f1os de m\u00e1quinas donde se tienen muchos ejes de movimiento y es indispensable el control individual de torque, posici\u00f3n y velocidad, se usan <strong><em>servomotores<\/em><\/strong> individuales para cada eje ya que los\n                      sistemas antiguos de engranajes o bandas no permiten ajustar los par\u00e1metros de velocidad, torque o posici\u00f3n individualmente. es el caso de m\u00e1quinas procesadores de pa\u00f1ales, papel higi\u00e9nico, empaquetadoras, etc. Aqu\u00ed es muy importante\n                      el sistema de <strong>servomotor<\/strong> maestro-esclavo, donde un <strong><em>servomotor<\/em><\/strong> hace de eje maestro y otro lo sigue, mediante engranes virtuales podemos controlar la relaci\u00f3n de transmisi\u00f3n entre un eje de\n                      movimiento del un <strong><em>servomotor<\/em><\/strong> y el eje del <strong><em>servomotor<\/em><\/strong> esclavo. Esto se logra con controladores de movimiento espec\u00edficos como el XCC de Xinje.
